They still develop with Dx 9? :ugly: The other ones seem to be pretty real: 2gb ram, 512 mb ddr3 gpu, 10 gb of hd...

Ok I'm debating on PS3 VS PC, I have a pretty high end PC (3GB, AMD X2 3200+ OC'ed to 3500+, ATI HD 4870) So I could deffinitly max this DX9 game out if I can run DX 10 Crytek engines well. Now Why is the PC version cheaper then the console version for pre-order, will the console version be better or vice versa ? I want whats better since I have the option to choose between the two best platforms.

It might not run on my PC cuz its behind by 2 years. But i might ask for a computer from this year and run UC on it cuz Wii cant handle online play

Well, I think this means that you should do a burn-out.

95% of the people who play Call of Duty 4 use martyrdom. If you're one of the 5% of people who doesn't need to die to get a kill, put this in your signature.

Well, can my 8800GS run well? It gots 384MB. But the recommanded requirement is 512MB...

Is there a software to make some system RAM for graphic card? Because I think 2GB system RAM is still too big for most of software.

And also, I can run TWO Pro Street at one time!!! lol

Without a family, the back seats are removed. Without a lover, the passenger seat is removed. Less weight and less things to worry about, the driver can drive faster and faster. I'm a stranger, to everyone, and even to myself. I'm a drifter, in game, and even in life.

Are you kidding me? Man I’m dead :bash: he not lying :lmao: I look it up on the NFS: UC forum might as well sell my PC and buy and buy a brand new. Both of my PCs don't have the the power to run the game.

Hmm, no offence but I think you got things a little mixed up.
1. There is no such software that would allow you to allocate RAM to Video Card Ram (Vram)

2. "Because I think 2GB system RAM is still too big for most of software." That is completley untrue. A PC can utilize up to 16GB of RAM ONLY if you are running Vista 64-bit and a motherboard that can hold that much. If you are running any 32-bit Windows operating system then you can only utilize 3GB. The more memory the better, if you have 2GB then it's not "too big" that just leaves more room for more software to be running if you processor can handle it.

3. Anybody can run 2 pro streets at once, but I highly doubt you can run two with a playable frame rate with the graphics card you have, and while were on the subject of your graphics card it should run it fine, from the reviews I'm reading people have achieved a playable 30FPS on crysis which I can garuentee is alot more demanding then this game will be. Only problem with ur card is the memory size 384MB is kinda weak and the ur card may struggle with the huge open world of Undercover. If I were you I would save up for a ATI HD 3870, they are down to $130 and is literally the best bang for buck you can get right now, unless you have the money to get the card I did (HD 4870).

lol. I know what you mean.

First, I know a tech called TC, Turbo Cache, which was used on GF6200 series before. So I'd like a soft to simulate this kind of technology.

Second, I know the RAM won't be always big forever. But for now, if I run Pro Street, a lot of space is not in use. Also, 3GB is the limit for 32-bit OSes. So 2GB RAM is a popular amount for nowadays PCs. Also, I can tell you I live in China. Nobody except rich man or a big company can afford such 64-bit WinXP or Vista. Because all the products of Microsoft here are very expensive. The genuine version of Home Premium costs about 1800 RMB. And the piracy version costs only 5 RMB for Ultimate. This kind of problems have always been in China. And my graphic card, XFX 8800GS 384MB, cost me 700 RMB. What can I say? Though Home Basic costs only 399RMB, but without Aero effect, Win XP is far better than it. lol, did I say too much about it? OK, as I know, 64-bit OS can support 2TB RAM, am I right?

Third, although I can't play them at the same time, both of them are in 1280*1024 and best effects. Also, it runs fluently.

All I'm worry about is if 512MB is a true limit. I mean 384MB isn't a normal RAM figure for RAM. Do u understand me? I can't tell that in English. But... 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024... Do u know what I meant? lol, sorry for my bad English. EA won't test the recommended requirements by increasing the setting by 1MB each time, right? lol

Without a family, the back seats are removed. Without a lover, the passenger seat is removed. Less weight and less things to worry about, the driver can drive faster and faster. I'm a stranger, to everyone, and even to myself. I'm a drifter, in game, and even in life.

it obviously must be something with pixel texturing or whatever, for me its just clear that only like cards starting from gf7 series (not sure) have it.. :/

Pixel shader

Pixel shaders determine (or contribute to the determination of) the color of a pixel.

Sounds like FX5900 Ultra can already support Pixel Shader 3.0.

YEAH :spam: , those SYSTEM REQUIERMENT look kind of bumpy to me, if NFS Pro Street has the respective SYS REQ I dont think EA has made a big change in NFS Undercover's SYS REQ and by me I wont differ allmost at all from Pro Street's SYS REQS :bla:
